With 30 years of experience at a Fortune 500 company, in positions of Administration, Sales/Marketing and Programming; I have found that many companies spend a tremendous amount of time and energy performing tasks that are repetitive and time consuming.

Prepare Credit data and  entry

This process requires downloading a report in a web based software. Add columns from a table and verifying the data against  information from another software.

Once the data is prepared and verified it is then entered into another software.

Download PDF, extract specific data, enter data and attach PDF to another screen

A process which works with multiple web based software systems.  Step 1, scan for newly posted data an files, download files and provide screenprint. 

Step 2, extract specific information from PDF, and enter that information into another software and include the original PDF.

Monitor information daily to compare to Service Level Agreemens (SLA)

Requires the need to run and download multiple reports (based on criteria from stakeholder). Each record requires multiple checks against desired results.  If the result is not met, an email is generated to alert the appropriate parties of non-compliance.

Extract data from email and enter into database

Read each email in a folder, extract the appropriate information and enter into database. 

Additional emails are generated; a) in instances where the data was not in the "best" format, b) for communication purposes or c) "call to action"

Daily status report

Combines information from two reports generated daily. Each record is then checked for specific key words. 

If found, an email is generated to the person (determined by keyword) for additional action
